For Patients

You are welcome to visit our outpatient clinic. You will need a referral from your GP or another medical specialist. Once we receive your referral, we will contact you to arrange an appointment.

For GPs

You can refer your patient to us through ZorgDomein. Once we receive the referral, we will contact the patient and send you an update after the first consultation.

For Physiotherapists

Would you like an orthopedic surgeon to assess your patient? Please contact the patient’s GP. Once we receive a referral through ZorgDomein, we can arrange an appointment.
